She’s coming to the city again. It’s technically a work trip, but somewhere in there, she’s made a little space for us to meet and that thought alone feels like a warm surprise I keep coming back to.
It’s less than 16 days now, and I can already feel that quiet excitement building up. I won’t be able to show it the way I want to… life around me doesn’t really allow that. I will have to keep it all calm, normal, measured.
But inside, I know I’ll be genuinely happy, the kind that doesn’t need grand gestures or big moments.
Just seeing her… even for a little while… feels enough.
